The award will be based upon the overall impression from the information submitted about you. That may be from one submission or more.
No, you can self-nominate by completing the Application form.
You’ll need to complete your completed Application form, one personal reference from a manager, colleague, your licensee or a business mentor and two client testimonials or references which provide evidence of success that resulted from your advice.
No, the judges will only review the supporting documentation that is requested as part of the Application process. Please do not send additional documentation.

All entry submissions are kept in the strictest confidence. Judges sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that your entry submission and details will not be disclosed to anyone outside the judging process, and at the conclusion of judging all submissions will be securely destroyed.
Your entries will not be returned to you.
Yes, all applicants will be contacted and provided with the option of receiving feedback on their application from one of the Judges (via telephone call).
You will be contacted by email and advised of the outcome.
The winner is announced at the Award ceremony at the annual AFA Conference in October.
If you are nominated we will contact you and ask you if you would like to participate in the award. If you do not want to participate you can simply decline. There is no obligation to participate in the Award.
